VILNIUS, Lithuania — September 15, 2026
EnforceShield, the brand protection software for autonomous IP enforcement, today announced a €1.7M seed round led by Vendep Capital, with participation from Firstpick VC.
The round will be used to expand EnforceShield’s autonomous enforcement platform — which detects, validates, removes, monitors, and escalates IP infringements across marketplaces, social platforms, search, ads, websites, domains, and AI search — and to grow the attorney-engineered legal logic that underpins it. EnforceShield currently protects 126 brands under continuous enforcement.
EnforceShield was founded in 2024 by IP attorney Rytis Rudzinskas, after years of running digital enforcement operations manually for clients. The platform embeds legal decision logic directly into an autonomous workflow, with attorneys focused on exceptions and escalations rather than case-by-case takedowns.
