Legal Account ManagerIP Enforcement

Full-time Vilnius or Kaunas · Hybrid after probation

About EnforceShield

EnforceShield is an attorney-engineered IP enforcement software for brand protection. It detects brand infringement and removes IP infringements across marketplaces, social, search, ads, websites, and LLMs.

We are a recently seed-funded legaltech company building advanced IP enforcement infrastructure for brands and IP holders operating across global digital channels.

Our platform runs the full enforcement loop: detect, validate, enforce, monitor, and escalate. AI agents handle much of the repetitive legal and operational work, while legal professionals supervise enforcement quality, step in on complex matters, and improve the legal reasoning built into the system.

The Role

We're looking for Legal Account Managers, IP Enforcement to join our team in Vilnius or Kaunas.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of international clients and the results of their IP enforcement operations. Your role is to understand each client's business, IP rights, commercial exposure, enforcement priorities, and legal risks, then ensure that EnforceShield delivers effective, legally defensible enforcement across digital channels.

You will work with a system where enforcement workflows run autonomously. Your role is to apply legal judgement where context, risk, client priorities, and escalation matter most.

You will also help improve the system itself. When you identify recurring legal issues, gaps in decision-making, or opportunities to improve enforcement quality, you will help translate that knowledge into better rules, validation logic, workflows, and AI capabilities.

The objective is to make the system capable of handling more cases correctly, with less manual intervention.

We are open to junior, mid-level, and senior legal professionals. Previous IP enforcement experience is a strong advantage, but strong legal reasoning, client ownership, and the ability to work effectively with AI matter just as much.

What You'll Do

Own client relationships and enforcement outcomes

  • •Act as the primary legal and operational contact for assigned clients
  • •Understand their IP portfolios, business models, commercial priorities, and infringement exposure
  • •Help define enforcement strategies, priorities, and escalation policies
  • •Communicate directly with international clients, explaining findings, results, risks, and recommended actions

Supervise AI-led enforcement operations

  • •Oversee enforcement across marketplaces, search, social platforms, paid media, websites, domains, and other digital channels
  • •Review ambiguous or higher-risk cases that require human legal judgement
  • •Ensure enforcement decisions are accurate, legally defensible, and consistent with client policies
  • •Monitor enforcement performance, repeat infringements, and emerging infringement patterns
  • •Coordinate with senior attorneys on matters requiring specialized legal review or escalation

Improve the enforcement system

  • •Identify where automated legal analysis, case validation, enforcement actions, or escalation logic can be improved
  • •Translate legal reasoning, client requirements, and real enforcement scenarios into structured rules and workflows
  • •Work with product and engineering teams to test, validate, and improve AI-driven enforcement capabilities
  • •Contribute to legal decision frameworks, quality standards, evaluation criteria, and internal enforcement playbooks
  • •Use AI tools and automation to improve your own work and the effectiveness of the wider legal operation

What We're Looking For

We care about how you think, how you solve problems, and how quickly you learn.

Requirements

  • •Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
  • •Strong legal reasoning and analytical skills, including the ability to distinguish clear-cut cases from situations requiring deeper assessment
  • •Excellent written and spoken English
  • •Ability to communicate with clients professionally, explain legal and technical matters clearly, and take responsibility for outcomes
  • •Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a structured approach to complex work
  • •Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and ongoing matters independently, with appropriate support based on experience
  • •Proactive mindset and willingness to challenge inefficient processes
  • •Genuine commitment to using AI tools in daily work and continuously developing technical fluency

What Would Give You an Advantage

  • •Experience in intellectual property law, particularly trademarks, copyright, design rights, or online enforcement
  • •Experience advising international clients or managing client relationships
  • •Familiarity with online marketplaces, ecommerce, social media platforms, domain names, or digital advertising
  • •Experience with legal operations, enforcement processes, or technology-enabled legal services
  • •Practical experience with AI tools, workflow automation, coding agents, or other technologies used to solve professional problems

This role is designed for a legal professional who is curious about technology, willing to work with AI tools every day, and motivated to understand how the system works so they can help improve it over time.

How We Work

EnforceShield is an AI-native company. AI is central to our product, our operations, and how we approach problems.

We expect everyone on the team, including legal professionals, to actively use AI, develop their skills, experiment with new tools, and look for opportunities to automate repetitive work.

Our legal team does more than operate the platform. It helps engineer the legal reasoning that makes autonomous enforcement possible.

You will work closely with lawyers, engineers, and product specialists in a team where practical expertise matters more than hierarchy, and improvements can move directly from an idea into a working system.

Location, Working Model and Salary

  • •Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania
  • •Employment: Full-time
  • •Working model: Office-first during the probation period to support onboarding and close collaboration. A hybrid working model is available after probation, with regular office presence expected.
  • •Salary: €1,800–€5,500 gross per month, depending on experience, legal expertise, seniority, and scope of responsibility.

We welcome applications from promising early-career legal professionals as well as experienced lawyers and IP specialists.
